Harrison Group in Cedar Rapids, IA is seeking an Executive Recruiter to build and manage a manufacturing division, develop client relationships, and own the full recruiting process from search to placement.

You'll identify top talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, email, text, and more, while learning how to become a successful recruiter under experienced executives. Recruiting experience is a plus, not required, as we provide training to high performers.
