Job summary

Employment Resource Group, Inc. is seeking an experienced Executive Recruiter to build a thriving desk focused on placing high-impact leaders across industries.

You will partner with clients, grow your candidate network, and implement rigorous screening to ensure candidates fit both role and culture. This role offers remote or on-site work, a competitive salary plus commission and bonus structure, and comprehensive health, dental, vision, and retirement benefits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of recruiting experience preferred.
• Construction industry knowledge or recruiting experience is a strong plus.
• Bachelor's degree preferred, but results matter more.

Responsibilities

• Build a thriving recruiting desk focused on client development.
• Develop a deep candidate network and reputation as the go-to talent expert.
• Implement search strategies to uncover candidates others can't find.
• Screen, assess, verify references, and deliver candidates who fit both the role and culture.
