Job summary

Key Resource Group, LLC, a Buffalo, NY-based staffing firm, is seeking a recruiter to manage a full-cycle recruiting desk for a portfolio of clients.

You will source candidates, guide interview preparation, and maintain partnerships with HR professionals, business owners, and decision-makers while thriving in a fast-paced, hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of recruiting experience in staffing.
• Experience placing candidates in direct hire or contract roles.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a professional, full-cycle recruiting process, ensuring high satisfaction for candidates and clients.
• Maintain and grow established partnerships with local HR professionals, business owners, and decision-makers.
• Source candidates and provide resume guidance, interview preparation, and career advice as part of a seamless recruiting experience.
• Utilize effective recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates in Administrative Support, Accounting & Finance, Legal, HR, Engineering, Manufacturing OPS, and IT.

Responsibilities

• Manage a professional, full-cycle recruiting process, ensuring the highest level of satisfaction for both candidates and clients.
• Maintain and grow established partnerships with local Human Resource professionals, business owners, and decision-makers.
• Source candidates and provide resume guidance, interview preparation, and career advice as part of a seamless recruiting experience.
• Utilize effective recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates in Administrative Support, Accounting & Finance, Legal, Human Resources, Engineering, Manufacturing Operations Management, and Information Technology.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2+ years of recruiting experience within the staffing industry.
• Experience placing candidates in direct hire, temporary, and/or contract positions.
• Strong motivation for personal success paired with a strong moral compass.
• Exceptional customer service, communication, and follow-up skills.
• Strong work ethic and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to manage a busy portfolio of both clients and candidates.
• Experience with candidate sourcing techniques and recruiting best practices.
