Job summary

Chickasaw Nation Industries, Inc. seeks an Organizational Change Management Analyst IV to drive change initiatives for a federal client at the headquarters level.

You will partner with the OCM Lead and senior leaders to translate change efforts into stakeholder engagement plans, governance documents, and executive-ready communications. Responsibilities include strategy development, stakeholder engagement, program standardization, and training design to ensure adoption.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 8–10 years relevant experience or equivalent.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and SharePoint.
• Experience communicating with senior stakeholders including GS-15, SES, and General/Flag Officer-level leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and implementation of change management strategies for complex projects.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to integrate change activities into project plans.
• Conduct impact and readiness assessments across multiple business units.
• Design and implement comprehensive training programs for stakeholders.
• Develop and manage stakeholder engagement plans to ensure alignment.
• Measure adoption, identify gaps, and recommend corrective actions.
• Coordinate stakeholder identification and audience research for engagement plans.
• Prepare executive-ready materials and messaging for leadership discussions.
• Monitor stakeholder feedback and adjust communications accordingly.
