Chickasaw Nation Industries, Inc. is seeking a Communications Specialist IV to support a cohesive federal communication strategy, including workforce communications for civilians and military and external public affairs opportunities.

The role plans and implements communication strategies, coaching a communications team and delivering branding-aligned materials. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree with 7+ years of relevant experience, and eligibility for required clearances.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of seven plus (7+) years relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education/experience.

Responsibilities

• Implements integrated communication strategies across social media, media relations, email campaigns, and related channels.
• Coaches and mentors communications team members.
• Develops and delivers communications materials aligned with branding, messaging, and digital strategies.
• Communicates effectively with project stakeholders through clear, professional written and verbal engagement.
• Produces high‑quality client deliverables.
• Supports public events, internal agency events, media relations, knowledge management, and preservation of agency history.
• Elevates brand awareness through events, social media, and other communication channels.
• Works independently with minimal supervision and manages complex tasks and projects.
• May serve as Team Lead, providing training and mentorship to junior staff.
