Chickasaw Nation Industries, Inc. is seeking an Organizational Change Management Analyst IV to guide large-scale transformations. You will align people, processes, and technology to strategic goals, working with senior leaders to translate initiatives into actionable engagement and governance plans.

Active Secret security clearance and U.S. citizenship are required. The role supports a federal client at the headquarters level and emphasizes training, communications, and standardized processes

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 8-10 years relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education/experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and collaboration platforms such as SharePoint.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with samples of clear business writing.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of change management strategies for complex projects.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to integrate change management activities into project plans.
• Conduct impact and readiness assessments across multiple business units.
• Design and implement training programs tailored to stakeholder needs.
• Develop and manage stakeholder engagement plans to ensure alignment and support.
• Measure change adoption and identify gaps to recommend corrective actions.
• Coordinate stakeholder identification and sentiment analysis for enterprise communications.
• Prepare executive-ready materials for leadership discussions.
• Monitor stakeholder feedback and adjust messaging as needed.
• Standardize change and program management processes using maturity models.
• Maintain program documentation, charters, and governance structures.
