Job summary

Campbell Soup Company in North Carolina seeks an experienced Aseptic Quality Manager to lead QA in aseptic operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and coordinate new lines. You will drive CAPA and lead lab activities to maintain product safety and quality across production.

You will supervise the laboratory team, partner with cross-functional groups, and support audits and process improvements to protect brand and consumer trust.

Qualifications

• Must Have High School Diploma or GED with 5+ years of Quality Assurance manufacturing experience.
• Nice to have a Bachelor's degree with 7+ years in QA food manufacturing, 2 years in aseptic quality or production; includes BPC certification and microbiology knowledge.

Responsibilities

• QA Aseptic Area Management: ensure food safety and quality systems are compliant.
• Coordinate regulatory inspections and cross-functional CAPA and lean six sigma initiatives.
• Aseptic Laboratory Management: supervise lab technicians and ensure conformance to specs.
• General QA Management: lead audits, investigations, corrective actions, and plant-wide QA activities.
• Support commercialization, hold management, and plant release requirements.
