Bridgeway Community Church seeks a Senior Executive Project Manager to support Dr. Anderson, coordinating calendars, travel, events, and research. You will prepare materials, briefings, and communications, ensuring confidentiality and seamless execution of engagements.

The role requires strong organizational skills, discretion, and experience in faith-based settings, with a focus on hospitality and strategic planning for multiple audiences.

Qualifications

• College degree preferred.
• 2-5 years in a faith-based organization is desirable.
• 2-5 years of project management or executive assistant experience.

Responsibilities

• Schedule the Sr. Pastor's calendar and manage meetings with block-out times.
• Coordinate travel, meals, and hospitality for events and services.
• Prepare agendas, briefing materials, and research for engagements.
• Provide daily briefings and post-event follow-ups with action steps.
• Research history, political points, and biblical context for engagements.
• Manage communications, press considerations, and vendor coordination.
• Prepare expense reports and maintain records for the Sr. Pastor.
