Job summary

The role reports to the Executive/ Senior Pastor and serves as a key ministry leader. The position requires 5+ years in church operations, finance, or HR, and a relevant degree plus seminary training.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership in operations, finance, or HR.
• 5+ years leadership in a church setting, able to support ministry leaders.
• Strong understanding of financial management, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Biblical qualifications per 1 Timothy 3; active Grace Community Church member.

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial stewardship, including budgeting, reporting, and compliance.
• Lead personnel care and staff development; culture and HR processes.
• Steward facilities and campus operations to support ministry activities.
• Partner with church leadership to set strategy and advance the mission.
