The Waldinger Corporation seeks an experienced Mission Critical Project Executive to provide executive leadership for large-scale, mission-critical construction projects. You will oversee planning through commissioning and closeout, ensuring safety, quality, schedule, and client satisfaction, while guiding project teams to deliver strong outcomes.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of project management experience, including 5-7 years in mission-critical projects or senior leadership.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, building construction, business, or related field.
• Willingness to relocate to the project location after brief training.
• Projects will be large-scale and located in the Midwest.
• Travel is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning and accountability for project performance, with proactive risk management.
• Maintain executive accountability for safety, quality, schedule, and client satisfaction.
• Provide executive oversight for complex projects and their delivery teams.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key client decision-makers and coaches project leaders.
• Identify opportunities, manage contract requirements, and support risk mitigation.
• Develop project leaders and promote continuous improvement.
• Support business growth through strategic initiatives and process improvements.
