Job summary

The Waldinger Corporation is seeking an experienced Mission Critical Project Executive to provide executive leadership for large-scale, mission-critical construction projects in the Midwest. This role reports to our Special Projects Group and offers the opportunity to oversee the largest projects at multiple locations.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of project management experience in construction or related field.
• 5-7 years in mission-critical projects or senior leadership roles.
• Willingness to relocate to Midwest project sites.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive leadership for large-scale mission-critical construction projects.
• Oversee safety, quality, schedule, financial performance, and client satisfaction.
• Develop client relationships and lead project teams from planning to closeout.
• Manage risk, contracts, and resources; mentor project leaders.
• Drive process improvement and growth initiatives within the Special Projects Group.
