Job summary

The Waldinger Corporation seeks an experienced Mission Critical Project Executive to provide executive leadership for large-scale mission-critical construction projects in the Midwest. This role reports to the Special Projects Group and drives safety, quality, schedule, and client satisfaction across planning, construction, commissioning, and closeout.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of project management experience in construction or related field
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, business, or related field preferred
• Relocation to project location after brief training
• Large-scale, mission-critical project experience in the Midwest
• Willingness to travel

Responsibilities

• Financial planning and accountability for project financials; manage estimates and forecasts
• Oversee safety, quality, schedule, and client satisfaction; drive performance
• Provide executive oversight and remove barriers to delivery
• Develop client relationships and pursue opportunities to grow pipeline
• Oversee risk management, contracts, and issue resolution
• Develop project leaders and promote continuous improvement
• Support strategic initiatives and organizational development
