The Waldinger Corporation seeks an experienced Mission Critical Project Executive to provide executive leadership for large-scale mission-critical construction projects in the Midwest. This role reports up through our Special Projects Group and may oversee projects at multiple locations.

The ideal candidate brings a track record of leading complex projects, delivering safety, quality, financial performance, and client satisfaction while building high-performing teams and strong client

Qualifications

• 10+ years of project management experience, including mission-critical projects.
• 5-7 years in mission-critical-based project management or senior leadership in construction.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or related field preferred or equivalent experience.
• Willingness to relocate to Midwest project sites and travel.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning and accountability for project finances.
• Oversee safety, quality, schedule, and client satisfaction.
• Provide executive oversight and drive project performance.
• Develop client relationships and manage risk.
• Mentor project leaders and promote continuous improvement.
• Support strategic growth and organizational development.
