Job summary

The Waldinger Corporation seeks an experienced Mission Critical Project Executive to provide executive leadership for large-scale, mission-critical construction projects in the Midwest. This role reports to our Special Projects Group and oversees complex programs from planning through commissioning and closeout, driving safety, quality, schedule, and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of project management experience.
• 5-7 years of mission-critical leadership in construction or related field.
• Willingness to relocate to project sites in the Midwest.
• Travel required for project assignments.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning and accountability for project performance.
• Oversee safety, quality, schedule, and client satisfaction for complex projects.
• Provide executive oversight and resolve issues impacting outcomes.
• Develop and maintain client relationships at decision-making levels.
• Identify and mitigate contractual risks and opportunities.
• Develop project leaders and promote best practices across teams.
• Support business growth through strategic initiatives and process improvements.
