Job summary

JPMorganChase is seeking a Program Manager – Senior Associate for Leadership Edge to lead end-to-end delivery of executive programs, coordinating with design teams, vendors, and HR partners to ensure high-impact sessions and measurable ROI.

You will translate leadership strategy into actionable plans, harness data in Excel for reporting, apply AI tools to improve operations, and manage participant experiences from nomination through post-program follow-up.

Qualifications

• 5 years of relevant experience in program management.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organization.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
• Ability to execute independently across multiple priorities.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and data analytics.
• Experience translating strategy into actionable plans.

Responsibilities

• Act as owner for end-to-end delivery of an executive program from nomination through post-program.
• Translate strategy into actionable implementation plans, ensuring day-to-day execution aligns with goals.
• Collaborate with faculty, external vendors, designers, and conference centers on coordination and logistics.
• Own contracts, invoicing, and content management with external vendors.
• Develop program plans to ensure flawless execution and on-time deliverables.
• Lead contacts for participants before, during, and after the program to ensure a high-quality experience.
• Coordinate with participants on pre-work deliverables and coaching sessions.
• Engage senior leaders and vendors to facilitate program segments and align with goals.
• Produce program reporting, analytics, and communications using Excel for data management.
• Synthesize program data into compelling narratives showing impact and ROI to leadership.
• Leverage AI tools to streamline operations, reporting, and communications.
