You will partner with HR, vendors, and faculty to design, coordinate, and report on programs, leveraging data analytics and AI to improve efficiency and participant experience.

Qualifications

• 5 years of relevant program management experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience managing external vendors and coordinating with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of an executive program from nomination through post-program.
• Translate strategy into actionable implementation plans and timelines.
• Collaborate with faculty, vendors, designers, and venues for logistics and delivery.
• Manage contracts, invoicing and content with external vendors.
• Develop plans to ensure flawless execution and deliverables.
• Lead participant engagement before, during, and after program.]
• Coordinate with senior leaders and vendors to align with program goals.
• Produce program reporting, analytics, and insights using Excel.
