• 5 years of relevant experience in program management.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong ability to manage multiple priorities with independent execution.
• Proficiency in Excel, including formulas and pivot tables.
• Experience translating strategy into actionable plans and measurable results.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of an executive program from nomination through post-program.
• Collaborate with faculty, external vendors, designers, and conference center on coordination and logistics.
• Own contracts, invoicing and content management with external vendors.
• Develop program plans to ensure flawless execution and deliverables.
• Analyze program data and craft narratives to demonstrate impact and ROI.
