Job summary

Leadership Edge, JPMorgan Chase & Co.'s firm-wide suite, seeks a Program Manager – Senior Associate to deliver high-quality leadership training for executive programs. You will translate leadership development strategy into actionable program plans and oversee end-to-end delivery—from nomination through post-program outcomes.

Collaborating with faculty, external vendors, designers and conference centers, you will manage logistics, contracts and content, and leverage AI tools to raise efficiency

Qualifications

• 5 years of relevant experience in program management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills.
• Ability to lead multiple priorities independently.
• Proficiency in Excel and data analytics.
• Experience with external vendor management.
• Familiarity with AI tools and emerging tech.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of an executive program from nomination to post-program.
• Translate strategy into detailed implementation plans.
• Coordinate with faculty, vendors, designers, and venues.
• Manage contracts, invoicing, and content management.
• Develop program plans for flawless execution.
• Lead participants before, during, and after the program.
• Ensure pre-work deliverables and coaching sessions.
• Produce program reports, analytics, and ROI narratives.
• Leverage AI to streamline operations and communications.
