Job summary

Qualifications

• 15+ years of senior technology, product, or platform leadership.
• Ability to pass a 6C Public Trust investigation and US citizenship.
• Experience leading large, distributed engineering organizations.

Responsibilities

• Advise FSA leadership on the design and maturation of an enterprise product operating model.
• Coach product, technology, and engineering leaders on ownership, prioritization, and roadmaps.
• Help connect product strategy to architecture, data, reliability, and operations.
• Evaluate current delivery models and recommend governance and SDLC changes.
• Provide independent executive perspective on major technology and platform decisions.
• Mentor product owners and leaders in large engineering environments.
• Support development of governance frameworks and communities of practice.
