Job summary

Autodesk seeks an experienced Keynote Content Producer to shape the creative content behind its flagship live experiences, including AU, OTC, and TechX. You will oversee end-to-end keynote production, coordinating with executives, product marketing, and external partners.

The role requires strong storytelling, motion graphics, and video production leadership, with travel 25–30% and the ability to manage tight schedules in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in a relevant field.
• 5–8 years in live event or keynote production with multi-stakeholder coordination.
• Proven ability to align cross-functional teams and influence outcomes without authority.
• Experience managing external agencies or vendors and meeting tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leadership to translate messaging into keynote content and visuals.
• Oversee end-to-end production of presentations, demos, and multimedia assets.
• Coordinate reviews, approvals, and version control across stakeholders.
• Lead design, motion graphics, and video production with agencies.
• Develop and maintain production schedules and risk plans.
• Support rehearsals and on-site readiness for live shows.
• Lead post-event retrospectives and implement improvements.
• Build scalable processes and templates for future programs.
