Autodesk seeks an experienced Keynote Content Producer to shape the creative content behind flagship live experiences such as AU, OTC, and TechX. You will manage end-to-end production, aligning with executives, product marketing, and agencies to deliver compelling keynote experiences.

The role requires 5–8 years in live event or keynote production, superb storytelling, and the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders under tight deadlines, with expected travel of 25–30%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in a related field.
• 5–8 years of live event production or keynote production experience.
• Ability to manage multi-stakeholder projects and tight deadlines.
• Experience coordinating with external agencies or production vendors.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leadership to translate messaging into keynote content and multimedia.
• Own end-to-end keynote production across a portfolio of flagship events.
• Drive alignment across cross-functional teams and external partners.
• Lead presentation design, motion graphics, and video production feedback.
• Develop and maintain integrated workback schedules for content delivery.
• Identify risks and drive solutions to keep programs moving forward.
• Coordinate reviews, approvals, rehearsals, and on-site readiness.
• Lead post-event retrospectives and implement improvements.
