Job summary

Independents Group in Los Angeles, CA is seeking a Senior Producer to own end-to-end production of luxury events across North America and Europe. You will translate creative concepts into executable production plans, manage briefing, planning, onsite execution, and post-event wrap-up, while maintaining high levels of client service.

• Proven experience producing large-scale luxury events.
• Hands-on production management end-to-end.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in fast-paced environments.
• Experience managing budgets, timelines, and vendor relations.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel internationally.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end production of brand experiences, including fashion shows, presentations, VIP events, and immersive activations.
• Translate creative direction into clear production plans, schedules, and deliverables.
• Oversee project timelines, production schedules, and milestones across concurrent events.
• Manage onsite execution and coordinate among creative, technical, and production teams.
• Prepare briefs, run-of-show documents, timelines, and post-event recaps.
• Identify production risks early and implement practical solutions to maintain momentum and quality.
• Maintain day-to-day client communication and align with internal stakeholders.
• Support senior leadership in strategic client conversations and key decisions.
