Job summary

JLL is seeking a Portfolio Strategy & Analytics Leader to own and grow the portfolio strategy and analytics capabilities for clients. This role focuses on recruiting and leading a team while acting as a client-facing advisor on complex portfolio decisions.

The ideal candidate will have 10-15 years of experience in corporate real estate strategy, outstanding communication skills, and a strong command of analytical tools.

Qualifications

• 10-15 years of experience in corporate real estate strategy or related advisory roles.
• Demonstrated experience building, leading, and developing teams.
• Proven track record developing and implementing portfolio strategies.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, and develop a team of strategists & analysts.
• Set the strategic direction for the portfolio strategy practice.
• Own the analytics function supporting portfolio strategy.
