Job summary

U.S. Anesthesia Partners is seeking a Portfolio Reporting & Analytics Analyst – EPMO to drive enterprise portfolio reporting, dashboards, and executive communications that inform decisions across the organization.

You will develop Power BI and Smartsheet solutions, maintain KPI frameworks, and transform project data into actionable insights for weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reviews.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• 3–7 years of experience in portfolio reporting, BI, data analytics, or PMO operations.
• Demonstrated experience building Power BI dashboards and executive reports.
• PMO/EPMO or portfolio management experience preferred.
• Smartsheet reporting experience strongly preferred.
• Healthcare IT experience strongly preferred.
• Power BI certification preferred but not required.
• PMI certifications are a plus but not required.
• Advanced knowledge of BI, analytics, and data visualization principles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for executive audiences.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains enterprise portfolio dashboards and analytics.
• Acts as SME for EPMO reporting solutions and governance.
• Designs executive dashboards to show project health, portfolio performance, and KPIs.
• Develops KPI frameworks and data definitions for consistency.
• Aggregates data from multiple systems for accuracy and insights.
• Identifies trends and provides actionable recommendations to leadership.
• Produces weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual portfolio reports.
• Supports governance meetings with presentations and scorecards.
• Maintains portfolio health metrics and performance indicators.
• Supports capacity planning, resource planning, and prioritization with data.
