Job summary

US Anesthesia Partners is seeking a Portfolio Reporting & Analytics Analyst - EPMO who will develop and maintain enterprise portfolio reporting, analytics, dashboards, and executive communications to support decision‑making across the organization.

You'll partner with business stakeholders, finance, IT and leadership to collect, validate, analyze, and present portfolio data, develop Power BI and Smartsheet reports, and contribute to governance and KPI frameworks.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; business analytics, information systems, data analytics, finance, or related field preferred.
3–7 years of experience in portfolio reporting, BI, data analytics, PMO operations, or related disciplines.
Demonstrated experience developing Power BI dashboards and executive reporting solutions.
Experience in PMO/EPMO, Portfolio/Program Management environment preferred.
Healthcare IT experience strongly preferred.
PMP/PMI-PBA/CAPM certification is a plus but not required.
Advanced knowledge of portfolio reporting, BI, and data analytics principles.

Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and enhance enterprise portfolio dashboards, reports, and analytics.
Serve as primary administrator for EPMO reporting and analytics solutions.
Design and maintain executive dashboards for visibility into project health and portfolio performance.
Develop reporting standards, KPI frameworks, and portfolio metrics.
Collect, validate, analyze, and reconcile data from multiple systems.
Produce weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual portfolio reports for leadership.
Support governance meetings with materials, scorecards, and dashboards.
Maintain Power BI datasets, data models, and visualizations.
