U.S. Anesthesia Partners is seeking a Portfolio Reporting & Analytics Analyst – EPMO to develop and maintain enterprise portfolio reporting, dashboards, and executive‑level communications that support decision‑making.

You will work with stakeholders across IT, finance, and leadership to deliver Power BI and Smartsheet solutions, KPI frameworks, and governance reporting. The role involves preparing weekly to annual reviews, driving data quality, and enabling strategic prioritization.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field.
3-7 years of portfolio reporting or PMO analytics experience.
Experience developing Power BI dashboards for executive reporting.
Experience with Smartsheet reporting and governance reporting.
Healthcare IT experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain enterprise portfolio dashboards and analytics using Power BI and Smartsheet.
Serve as PMO reporting SME for EPMO solutions.
Design executive dashboards showing project health, portfolio performance, and KPIs.
Collect, validate, and reconcile portfolio data across sources.
Prepare weekly to annual portfolio reports for leadership.
