Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of professional experience in business development, sales, or project delivery.
• Project management expertise (planning, budgeting, scheduling).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Strategic planning capability with proven track record of executing business initiatives.
• Proficiency with CRM systems, project management software, and analytics tools.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and adaptability in fast-paced environments.
• PMP certification desired but not required.

• Manage departmental projects and maintain active partner communications
• Lead projects from conception to completion, accountable for scope, budget, timeline, and outcomes
• Conduct market research to identify growth and partnership opportunities
