As the Executive Personal Assistant at this fast-paced communications firm, you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting executive operations, optimizing workflows, and improving efficiency across day-to-day functions. Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage complex scheduling, including calendar coordination and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare, reconcile, and submit detailed expense reports in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate logistics for meetings and events, including room setup, catering, and presentation materials.
  • Conduct high-level research and support the development of presentations, briefing documents, and talking points.
  • Track internal and external communications, including media monitoring for client coverage.
  • Provide personal support as needed, managing ad hoc requests with discretion and efficiency.

  • Road ready. You have a car at your disposal, and are comfortable with driving and running errands.
