Summary
The MIL Corporation seeks an Administrative Assistant I with data analytical skills to support a Federal Government client at one of our Washington, D.C. locations. The Administrative Assistant will perform tasks including scheduling, data analysis, file review and maintenance, researching and comparing of aged procurement documents and the preparation of reports which may include complex formatting, requiring proficiency with MS Office products.
This position currently requires a remote schedule, with the ability to travel to the office in Washington, DC to retrieve initial equipment. Schedule is subject to change based on company/contract requirements.
Responsibilities
Research and compare aged procurement documents to determine their archival eligibility.
Analyze procurement data to ensure all documents are closed prior to batch inclusion.
Develop and format weekly and monthly reports for submission to the client.
Interact with the customer to identify current issues and potential process improvements.
Schedule and participate in meetings to provide task updates.

Required Qualifications
Proficiency with Microsoft Office platforms
Experience in data analysis and record-keeping
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong analytical and organizational skills

Experience with procurement processes and data analysis
Proficiency with organizing data
Proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement
Education
Associate's degree from an accredited college or university, required. Preferably, but not limited to one of the suggested fields of study: Finance, Business, Accounting, Economics or a related field.
Bachelor's degree or additional coursework in Business or Technology, preferred.
Clearance
Public Trust clearance is required.

For this position, the projected compensation range is $42,000 - $48,000 per year. This estimate represents the typical salary range and is just one part of MIL's complete compensation package.
