We are seeking a motivated, organized, and dependable Executive & Personal Assistant to provide support across both business and personal responsibilities. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent college graduate who is looking to gain hands-on experience in business operations, organization, communication, and executive support.
The ideal candidate is professional, proactive, resourceful, and comfortable handling a variety of tasks with discretion and attention to detail. No two days will necessarily be the same, and the ability to prioritize and adapt is essential.
Provide day-to-day administrative and organizational support.
Manage scheduling, appointments, calendars, and reminders.
Assist with business projects, research, communications, and general office tasks.
Coordinate meetings, reservations, travel, errands, and other logistics.
Handle occasional personal and household-related tasks and errands.
Prepare documents, organize files, and maintain accurate records.
Make phone calls, coordinate with vendors and service providers, and follow up on outstanding items.
Assist with purchasing, deliveries, returns, and other day-to-day needs.
Help keep projects and tasks organized and on schedule.
Handle confidential and personal information with discretion.
Take initiative to identify tasks that need to be completed and follow through independently.
Recent college graduate or early-career professional preferred.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
