Executive/Personal Assistant – Fashion Brand, $120-$140k

A leading fashion brand is seeking a highly skilled Executive/Personal Assistant to support the Founder in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for the fashion industry, thrive under pressure, and be able to manage a diverse range of tasks with exceptional attention to detail. This is an opportunity to work closely with the Founder and be part of a high-energy team with an incredible culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Travel Coordination: Manage complex domestic and international travel arrangements, ensuring seamless logistics.
  2. Calendar Management: Oversee and coordinate an extremely busy schedule, balancing both professional and personal commitments.
  3. Personal Assistant Management: Handle various personal tasks such as deliveries, pickups, errands, and the restocking of personal items.
  4. Appointment Scheduling: Organize and manage all personal appointments for the Founder.
  5. Travel Coordination: Coordinate detailed travel logistics, including itineraries, car services, hotel bookings, and dinner reservations.

Qualifications:

  1. 5-10 years of experience in an Executive/Personal Assistant role, preferably within a fast-paced, high-profile environment.
  2. Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks with precision.
  3. A strong passion for the fashion industry and the ability to anticipate needs before they arise.
  4. Exceptional attention to detail, flexibility, and discretion.
