Okta is seeking a Director, People Business Partner to serve as the core strategic partner for the SVP & General Manager of AMER Sales and executive leadership. The role focuses on executive consulting, organizational design, and strategic human capital planning for the Americas revenue engine.

This position operates within a Pod Model with COEs and People Operations partners, acting as advisor, coach, and transformation catalyst for senior sales leadership.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of HRBP experience in a high-speed, global technology company.
• 5+ years supporting a growing global tech sales team with SVP+ level alignment.
• Deep expertise in organizational design, headcount modeling and GTM structures.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct consultative advice and coaching to senior sales leaders.
• Lead change management for GTM pivots, compensation shifts and territory realignments.
• Build executive-level QBRs and deliver strategic talent insights to revenue leadership.
