Okta is seeking a Senior Director of Partner Product Marketing and Alliances to lead global partner marketing strategy and execution. You will work with partners across ISVs, CSPs, GSIs, and VARs to accelerate partner-driven pipeline and revenue, enabling enterprise AI integrations and secure identity solutions.

You will manage a high-impact team, collaborate with regional leaders across AMER, EMEA, and APJ, and shape joint GTM programs while driving metrics and ROI.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years of product marketing experience in SaaS with a focus on technology partnerships and global strategy.
• Broad ecosystem expertise across ISVs, CSPs, GSIs, and VARs/solution providers.
• Strong writing, editing, and multi-format storytelling abilities.
• Proven ability to build and lead high-performing teams.
• Ability to translate data and funnel insights into strategic recommendations.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building at all levels.
• Willingness to travel up to 30%.
