Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage a robust Partner Program structure for multiple partner types.
• Lead programs across AMER, EMEA, and APJ regions and drive regional execution.
• Serve as strategic leader for the global Partner team and drive program evolution.
• Develop long-term partner strategy, lifecycle requirements, and success metrics.
• Mentor the Partner Program team and optimize organizational design for growth.
