You will lead executive coaching, change initiatives, and data-driven insights to propel revenue growth. The position emphasizes executive-level consultation within a pod model and cross-functional COEs.

• Strategic Workforce Planning: act as the primary workforce architect for AMER Sales, aligning with ARR targets and product roadmaps.
• Organizational Design & Scale: optimize spans of control, layers, and role definitions to maximize sales velocity.
• Executive Consulting & Change Leadership: advise SVP of AMER Sales and VP-level leaders on leadership, team dynamics, and talent density.
• Data-Driven Talent Insights: build QBRs and synthesize talent data into actionable strategic recommendations.
