Job summary

Motive is seeking a highly organized Senior Executive Business Partner to support the Chief Product Officer and Chief Technology Officer. You will manage calendars, travel, and stakeholder coordination while leading the Pakistan-based technical EA team across R&D.

You’ll collaborate with senior leaders, ensure confidentiality, and drive cross-functional initiatives in a fast-growing tech environment. This role emphasizes discretion, readiness, and organizational excellence.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably supporting C-level executives in fast-paced environments.
• 2+ years of people management experience, leading an EA or admin team; global team experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Comfortable working under pressure and adapting to changing priorities.
• Ability to handle interruptions while maintaining focus and follow-through.
• High level of discretion and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain executive calendars for the CPO and CTO including scheduling and prioritization across stakeholders.
• Anticipate needs and prepare materials and context in advance.
• Coordinate complex travel arrangements and logistics for meetings and events.
• Act as a primary point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
• Coordinate across time zones and manage scheduling constraints with senior stakeholders.
• Manage high-priority and time-sensitive requests with sound judgment and discretion.
• Plan and execute team offsites, meetings, and events.
• Lead and develop the Pakistan-based EA team supporting R&D with coverage models and service standards.
• Support special projects and cross-functional initiatives as needed.
• Maintain organizational documents such as org charts and distribution lists.
• Uphold confidentiality and professionalism in all activities.
