• Strong project management and cross-functional coordination.
• Proficiency with AI tools and data-driven workflows.

Responsibilities

• Strategic partner to CEO and Executive Team, orchestrating complex calendars and travel.
• Prioritize calendar requests against strategic goals and track time use.
• Act as a trusted advisor, enabling cross-functional collaboration with discretion.
• Communicate professionally with partners; develop and maintain vendor relationships.
• Coordinate cross-functional operations with the Chief of Staff and international leaders.
• Drive strategic initiatives from conception to flawless execution.
• Plan domestic and international travel and high-level events with attention to detail.
• Promote company culture, mentor teams, and act as a role model.
