Qualifications

• 2–3 years in executive communications, operations, strategy, consulting, or corporate communications.
• Experience building executive-grade presentations for senior audiences.
• Exposure to a global, matrixed organization.

Responsibilities

• Draft briefing packs and pre-reads for CEO, SVP and Board-level engagements.
• Build talking points and internal communications for GPC leadership.
• Turn dense inputs into concise, decision-ready narratives.
• Own deck development and land the visual with brand standards.
• Maintain a library of assets to avoid rebuilds each quarter.
• Support cadence for the Office of GPC, including agendas and follow-ups.
