Job summary

ServiceNow is seeking a Program Manager, Partner Narrative to produce executive materials and narrative for Global Partnerships & Channels. The role crafts briefing packs, board-ready slides, and governance one-pagers for senior audiences at ServiceNow and partners. Early-career craft role with strong writing and presentation needs.

You will build decks, maintain an asset library, and learn the partner ecosystem from the center. The work lands in front of the CEO, Board, and partner C-suites.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years; executive communications, business operations, strategy, consulting, corporate communications, or partner/alliance marketing preferred.OrrecentMBA graduate.
• Demonstrated experience building executive-grade presentations for senior audiences
• Exposure to a global, matrixed organization

Responsibilities

• Draft briefing packs and pre-reads for CEO, SVP, and Board-level partner engagements, Executive Briefings, and C-suite meetings — standard on templates.
• Build talking points, internal communications, and institutional narrative for GPC leadership
• Turn dense inputs — pipeline data, deal structures, partner scorecards — into short, decision-ready narrative
• Own deck development: structure the argument, build it, apply ServiceNow brand standards, and land the visual
• Maintain the reusable asset library — partner blueprints, scorecards, org charts, enablement guides, and the GPC operating model walking deck — so nothing is rebuilt from scratch each quarter
