Job summary

ServiceNow seeks an early-career marketer to drive ISV partner campaigns, launches, and content. You will own programs end-to-end, collaborating with product marketing, partner managers, and regional teams across AMS, EMEA, and APAC. Ambition and curiosity matter more than a perfect resume.

You will work with a global team, managing budgets, metrics, and partner enablement while learning ServiceNow’s go-to-market motion and driving partner success.

Qualifications

• Experience in leveraging AI to improve work processes or decision-making.
• 1–3 years of experience; recent grads welcome.
• Interest in technology partnerships, platforms, or ecosystems.
• Strong writing to clearly explain a joint value proposition.
• Organized and self-directed, juggling multiple programs across time zones.
• Comfort with numbers and willingness to learn data.
• Bias toward action in a fast-moving team.
• AI growth mindset and willingness to use AI tools to drive efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Run demand generation programs with ISV partners: digital campaigns, content syndication, webinars, and joint events with MDF budgeting.
• Own the ISV marketing toolkit: assets, playbooks, and enablement content.
• Support launch marketing for new ISV apps and integrations from messaging inputs to in-market execution.
• Build the campaign and asset library for joint ServiceNow partner stories.
• Track and report program performance, costs, and pipeline impact; iterate.
