Gartner Executive Programs (ExP) within Gartner Executive Technology Services seeks a seasoned leader to manage a portfolio of CIO-level relationships and design service solutions across ExP products. You will assess Mission Critical Priorities and craft customized plans while delivering workshops, briefings, and events to senior IT leaders.
Responsibilities include partnering with Gartner’s Sales, driving member engagement and renewals, and guiding large transformative initiatives.

Salary: A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is 160,000 USD – 194,000 USD. Actual salaries may vary within or above this range based on education, training, experience, professional achievement, business need and location. In addition to base salary, employees will participate in either an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance or a role‑based, uncapped sales incentive plan. Employees also have access to market‑leading benefit programs including generous PTO, a 401(k) match up to 7,200 USD per year, an opportunity to purchase company stock at a discount, and more.
