Job summary

UCI is seeking a Project Manager for Enterprise Operations & Strategic Initiatives to lead high-impact, cross-functional programs across clinical operations, technology, and facilities. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in healthcare administration, business administration, project management, information systems, operations management, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide projects from initiation through implementation and post-project evaluation.
• Develop project charters, business cases, project plans, schedules, budgets, communication plans, and success metrics.
• Facilitate project governance structures for efficient decision-making and accountability.
• Manage scope, resources, dependencies, risks, and timelines ensuring alignment with priorities.
• Ensure projects deliver measurable operational, clinical, financial, or patient experience outcomes.
• Partner with leaders and physicians to identify workflow improvements and operational excellence opportunities.
• Lead initiatives on efficiency, standardization, quality, access, and patient outcomes.
• Oversee adoption, training, and sustained optimization of new technologies.
• Coordinate construction, renovation, expansion, and facility optimization initiatives.
• Develop change management strategies and drive stakeholder engagement.
• Prepare executive dashboards, presentations, and status reports.
