Job summary

Operations Council is seeking a Chief Operating Officer to provide enterprise-wide operational leadership for a physician-owned medical group spanning multiple sites. The role partners with the Board and executive team to translate strategic priorities into high-performing operations focused on patient care and efficiency.

Key responsibilities include standardizing processes, optimizing EHR systems, and overseeing enterprise operations across 90+ sites.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive healthcare operations leadership, including multi-site exposure.
• Proven ability to translate strategy into execution across enterprise.
• Experience partnering with physicians, executive leadership, and governing bodies.

Responsibilities

• Provide enterprise-wide operational leadership for a large physician-owned medical group.
• Oversee clinic operations, ancillary services, imaging, labs, and EHR optimization.
• Lead centralized marketing, facilities, and operational technology enablement.
• Set standards and processes to ensure consistent execution and patient/provider experience.
• Integrate new physicians and sites, and scale infrastructure.
