Job summary

ProKidney Corp. in Winston-Salem, NC is seeking a Manager, Executive Operations to support the CTO and Manufacturing & Operations leadership, coordinating calendars, travel, agendas, and day-to-day logistics in a fast-paced, regulated biotech environment.

This onsite role collaborates with Manufacturing, CMC, Quality, Supply Chain, Site Operations and related technical functions to produce leadership-ready reports and presentations and to drive continuous improvement across operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor's preferred.
• 10+ years of operations or executive-support experience; or 5+ years with a bachelor's degree.
• Experience creating executive-level reports and summaries.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional initiatives across regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive support to CTO and leadership with calendar, travel, and meetings.
• Prepare leadership reports and status updates and drive continuous improvement.
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives and onsite event logistics.
• Maintain confidentiality and manage multiple priorities with discretion.
