Job summary

ProKidney is seeking a Manager, Executive Operations to provide executive administrative and operational support to the CTO and Manufacturing & Operations leadership. The role enhances collaboration across technical functions by coordinating meetings, managing schedules, and ensuring smooth day-to-day execution in a regulated biotech environment.

This onsite position runs Monday through Friday in Winston-Salem, NC.

Qualifications

• Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams).
• Strong written and verbal communication with internal/external stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, organizational, prioritization, and attention-to-detail skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive support to CTO and leadership with calendar, travel, expenses, meeting agendas and notes.
• Maintain calendar visibility across multiple calendars and stakeholders.
• Prepare operational reports and presentations for leadership review.
• Track department goals, milestones, and KPIs and report status to management.
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives and onsite event logistics.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, operations, life sciences, or a related field preferred
