Job summary

ProKidney is seeking a Manufacturing Cell Processing Supervisor to lead daily operations in a cGMP biologics environment on site in Winston-Salem, NC. You will supervise production personnel, ensure safe and compliant performance, and help deliver the manufacturing schedule with audit readiness and precise documentation.

The role requires strong leadership, knowledge of GMP/quality systems, and experience with aseptic processing.

Qualifications

• Degree in biotechnology, biology, chemistry or related field preferred.
• Significant experience may substitute for degree.
• GMP manufacturing experience is required or substitution noted.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily manufacturing operations and supervise personnel on the floor.
• Maintain compliance with cGMP and safety requirements.
• Support on-time delivery of the manufacturing schedule with cross-functional teams.
• Ensure timely completion of batch records, deviations, and changes.
• Develop staff through training, coaching, and performance reviews.
• Support technology transfer and continuous improvement initiatives.
