You’ll combine strategic support with hands-on coordination, ensuring smooth communication, meticulous organization, and proactive problem-solving in a fast-paced startup environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as an Executive Assistant to a CEO, President, or COO in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the CEO’s core operating system, including task management and calendar planning.
• Coordinate travel, prepare documents, and manage communications on behalf of the executive.
• Plan and manage office access, events, and onsite team activities in Columbus.
• Own execution of bi-weekly full company meetings and publish agendas and post-meeting information.
