Job summary

CTH Mortgage LLC, partner lender of Cretin Townsend Homes, seeks a high-ownership Operations Lead to partner with Gulf South office leaders across Hammond, Gulfport, Pensacola, Lafayette and franchise partners.

You’ll own the design center financing performance, monthly dashboards, and a CEO-facing project stream. Travel is regular as the offices are spread across the Gulf South, and ambition to run larger operations is welcomed.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of professional experience in a role where you owned outcomes, not just tasks.
• Exceptional follow-through and ability to close loops without prompting.
• Comfort with numbers: build clean spreadsheets, read P&L, explain trends.
• Relationship instincts for demanding business leaders; strong trust-building.
• High tolerance for ambiguity; no fixed playbook, scope will shift.
• Willingness to travel; Gulf South offices require regular travel.
• Ambition for growth and running larger operations in the future.

Responsibilities

• Office partnerships: own relationships with building leaders and franchise partners.
• Financing performance at design centers: drive metrics and monthly reporting.
• Company reporting: own monthly dashboard end-to-end and present to leadership.
• Special projects for the CEO: analysis, process buildout, vendor coordination.
• Escalations: act as clearing house to drive issues to resolution.
