Job summary

Pinnacle Mortgage Corp in Florida is expanding and seeks an experienced Mortgage Sales Manager to lead, recruit, coach, and grow a team of Loan Officers while continuing to originate loans. You’ll leverage an established platform with 100+ lending partners and LOA support to boost production and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Active NMLS license (or ability to transfer).
• Proven success originating residential mortgage loans.
• Previous sales leadership or branch management experience preferred.
• Ability to recruit, coach and develop Loan Officers.
• Existing referral relationships or ability to build a pipeline.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong understanding of mortgage products and underwriting guidelines.
• Ability to work independently with operations team support.

Responsibilities

• Continue originating residential mortgage loans while delivering excellent customer experience.
• Consult with borrowers to understand financing goals and recommend best solutions.
• Build and lead a high-performing sales team focused on production growth.
• Coach Loan Officers on business development, referrals, pipeline management, and strategies.
• Support team with loan structuring and product solutions across conventional, government, jumbo, HELOC, construction, and Non-QM.
• Guide borrowers through process from application to closing and partner with LOA and processing teams.
• Grow business through referrals, networking, and company-generated opportunities.
• Stay current on lending guidelines, market trends, and regulatory requirements.
