The Mutual Group in the United States seeks an Associate Executive Operations Manager to serve as a strategic operational partner and backup to the Executive Operations Manager. Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive executive support or governance experience.
• Experience directly supporting senior executives; CEO/President/C-suite preferred.
• Experience coordinating Board meetings and governance activities.
• Paralegal or legal administrative experience preferred.
• Project coordination across multiple stakeholders.
• Exceptional organization and attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to work independently.
• High discretion and professionalism with confidential information.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Board of Directors and committee meeting logistics, materials, and communications.
• Provide high-level executive support for 2–3 senior executives, including calendar management and travel coordination.
• Act as backup to the Executive Operations Manager and lead the Executive Support Team during absences.
• Lead or coordinate assigned executive and organizational projects from planning through completion.
